HOW IT ALL WORKS
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve your client of choice by offering support to their customers, troubleshooting issues, and acting as the voice of their brand.
These are great opportunities for people who like to help other people while working from home and enjoying a flexible scheduling environment.
Customer Service Representatives provide customer care for clients across a variety of industries including fashion, travel, food service, education, telecommunications, automotive, and home services.
Depending on the client you support, you may interact with customers by phone, chat, email, social media, SMS, or some combination of channels. In some cases, you may need to place an occasional outbound call.
Pay for these remote, flexible independent contractor opportunities ranges from $10 to $16/hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses.
Essential Functions:
- Handle incoming customer contacts
- Occasionally place outbound calls as necessary
- Review customer history as necessary
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines
- Answer product and/or service-related questions
- Help troubleshoot product and/or service issues
- Provide order, shipping, and/or service delivery status updates

Basic Equipment Needed:
It is recommended that you have a computer and equipment meeting at least the following specifications:
- Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
- Internet: High-speed, hard-wired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
- Operating System: Windows 7+
- Processor: Intel Core or Intel Pentium 4
- Memory: 2GB of RAM
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Chrome or Firefox
- Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software installed
Remote & Flexible
You’ll be talking with customers and making money from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Plus, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t. You’ll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.
Hours of operation typically include daytime, evening, and nighttime hours, 7 days per week. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule within your client’s hours of operation.

No referral bonus will be issued if the agent is not able to complete certification, fails to certify or drops out of the FIRST enrolled course for any reason or fails to complete this form.
This is why it is vitally important to research fully ALL client opportunities BEFORE registering for a certification course. In the event that you do not want to continue servicing the client long-term, we advise you to complete the course, service enough hours (60) to qualify for the referral bonus and use those funds to cover the cost of your next certification course. This ensures that no money is lost on your end. We cannot tell you what to do, only offer suggestions based on our experience.
The referral bonus will be issued within 2 invoice cycles after the minimum 60 hours have been serviced. Due to the fact that you will NOT be working under our agency umbrella, we will not be able to track your hours. The only notification we will receive will be the information you provide in this form that will at least give us an idea of when you began servicing, in hopes that you will service a minimum of 15 hours per week.
